Online purchases through our website are securely processed through Shopify.
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your purchase and the shipping address.
These costs do not include any duties, taxes, or clearance charges for international shipping. There are typically no additional charges within North America.
We do not ship to PO boxes.

Please note that if you are located outside of Canada, the review copy and shipping will be free of charge, however, you will be responsible for any import taxes or duties.
WE ACCEPT RETURNS FROM COLLEGE STORES, RETAIL BOOKSTORES, AND WHOLESALERS.
Books bought in bulk may be returned to the CRRS within 6 months of the invoice date.
Permission from the publisher must be obtained after invoice payment and before returning books; please contact crrs.publications@vicu.utoronto.ca for authorization.
No returns will be accepted on books which are out of print or when a new edition or revision of that title becomes available.
The CRRS charges a 10% restocking fee on all returned books. Should the returned books arrive scuffed, stickered, torn, or otherwise damaged, the purchaser will be charged an additional damage fee of up to 40%. Return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is a result of our error.
